Synergy, What is it?

Synergy in its simplest form is combining the efforts or elements of an organization or group to attain an end result that is greater than that of an individual contribution by one person or one branch of an organization. The word synergy is derived from Greece, it means to work together.

If synergy means to work together we can apply the same principle to a blog, we have to make all the systems of a blog interact with each other…so to speak. Typically, a blog has lots of articles with an archive…but most of the time (99.99%) of the time no one checks the calendar archive or just a normal archive…they may search your blog…but that is also a bit rare.

So, what can synergy do to fix this? By applying a management system to your blog you can make it synergized. Synergizing a blog may take some time, but it will be for the greater good in the end.

How do to synergize a blog: Anyone can synergize their blog, it is very simply, if you use a system similar to Small Fish Big Money, we currently have seventeen articles on our front page, we call these our flagship articles. These articles provide the reader with ample content to look at, the content is very focused and of a high quality.

The quality of these articles reinforce the fact that this is a good blog and it is a blog with quality information, so the readers will come back again…but wait how is this synergy? This is synergy because I am using making my seventeen flagship articles work together with the blog instead of being in the depths of the unknown.

As a blogger, you usually have a specific field of interest for your reader, more commonly known as a niche. In this niche you have to provide your reader with quality information all the time. You have to keep them occupied when they come to your blog.

This is why you have to synergize your blog so that all the cogs and gearwheels interlock. When you have flagship articles and ample content for the reader to click on other articles your blog is working together, in collaboration with the reader to build a relationship that is strong and firm, as opposed to creating a relationship that lasts for only a couple of minutes per day when you visit a blog.

Synergize = Flagship Articles & Ample Content = Create Relationships = Loyalty

SYNERGY, The combination of two or more parts of a blog, in this context, the people and the content are synergized to compliment each other, building a relationship between the blog, the reader and the blog owner. Building loyalty is building a trustworthy and reliable relationship. In essence it boils down to the principle of providing quality content for your readers and making it available to them as opposed to hiding it away from them in an archive calendar.
