Writing Quality Blog Posts: Being a blogger, I see a lot of blogs that don’t have quality content. Many bloggers have the illusion that they are like the big players and they can talk about rubbish. This is a very common misconception that cannot be taken lightly. You should not aspire to be a “rubbish writer” like so many big players in blogging are nowadays. Step up your blogging today!
Content, It’s Not About Quantity: Many people will usually write a long winded post…when it could have been summed up in four or five paragraphs or less. Don’t write long posts, remember, readers are more likely to read and respond to something that is “short and sweet” as opposed to something that is “long and boring”. Remember that less is more.
Essentials of Quality Blog Posts: A blog post should always give the reader some new insight into something, it should not just be re-shuffled information, it is important to provide them with information from a different perspective. The essentials of a quality blog posts are, helpful and noteworthy content, new content and useful content (that people will link to).
Your Blog Posts: Do you write quality or do you write a post for the sake of writing a post. Sometimes I will have up to five post ideas in my head before I start writing. But the thing is, you have to choose the one which your readers will be most interested in…sometimes I write up to four paragraphs and scrap the entire post, because I just know that the content is okay but not highly empowering or invigorating. You have to focus on writing content that is to the point, not overly long and not too “rubbish” like.
Aim for good posts weekly: As a blogger, you should really be aiming to provide your readership with at least two good, high quality blog posts per week. This is essential because it means you are still providing your readers with content that is useful to them, as opposed to writing about a random site you found (that you think is cool, but probably won’t appeal to your audience).

Yeah, it is always very important to get quality out there, because then you know that visitors will see quality and there is a higher probability of the visitor subscribing via RSS or email.
Thanks Bush,
