School Holidays Approaching: As my school holidays approach, I am planning and noting down various tasks which need to be completed. Those include, primarily, the deletion of old posts, the revamping of some old posts and the creation of new and more high quality posts. There is a lot to be done in my plan of action and this post will help you get to grips with exactly what will be hapenning.
Deletion Of Old Posts: This is something which I do not particularly enjoy doing but it needs to be done. When I started the blog, I had done quite a few reviews of some blogs, but these reviews were very short in length and did not serve a purpose (they still don’t). It is for this reason that I’ll be deleting them, ensuring that my blog has posts that serve a purpose being quality instead of quantity.
Revamping Of Some Posts: I have created a lot of posts in the past, some were good - but they lacked finesse. This is why they need to be revamped, this process includes adding images, refining content, removing capitalization of letters and reducing ‘hype’ that exist in some of my earlier posts. This re-vamp will not only help me, but it will also enable you, as my readers to further refine your knowledge.
Posting For The Future: Ever since I began blogging, I learned some valuable lessons, this is why I post less fluff and more quality nowadays. I learned that my blog posts should look good, and be of value at the same time. I learned that taking time to make a blog post the best it can be means I won’t need to go and do an overhaul and revamp to them in the future.
Image Deletion: At the moment I have about 189 images in my ‘Media Gallery’…This is obviously quite a ludicrous amount of images - half of them I probably don’t use anymore. So I will be deleting them during the maintenance process as well. I will also be upgrading the quality of images that you get in future posts by attaining them on Flickr and other similar sites.
Creation Of New Posts: As usual, there will be a never-ending content stream, with at least two to three articles delivered per week. These posts will consist of high quality content, organized and presented in a relaxing but informative manner. I am delighted to inform you that the blog will be branching out into aspects of business and publicity in the near future. This will mean more posts about marketing, advertising and branding for your blog.
Thanks For Your Continued Support: Commentators, RSS feed readers, EntreCard droppers and Top Commentators…you have not and will never be forgotten. There will always be special rewards for those mentioned for taking the time and effort to contribute right here at Small Fish Big Money Dot Com.
