About

Hey! Welcome to Small Fish Big Money, My name is Fabien, I am a 16 year old entrepreneur who currently lives in Australia, I previously lived in the tropical islands of the Seychelles (my home country) for eleven years of my life and moved to Australia at the age of twelve.

You can find me actively on Twitter. I also have accounts at StumbleUpon, Mixx, Digg, BlogCatalog, MyBlogLog, FriendFeed, Delicious, Mahalo, Technorati and Squidoo. My aliases are either sfbm or smallfishbigmoney.

I have visited nine different countries to date. As a result of this I have experienced the cultures and traditions of many different people which I believe is very important if you want to succeed in any aspect of life.

“If you understand people and can find reasons to their actions, you definitely have an edge. It’s not all about providing great content or knowing how to do something, it is about having the comprehension of what people like and don’t like and acting on this knowledge, understanding instinctual human behavior based on patterns and trend. But also realizing that thought leaders and innovators veer away from ‘normality’ and taking this into consideration when analyzing and contemplating the world in which we live”

I have designed several websites since the age of thirteen, learning new skills and picking up various tips, tricks and techniques along the way. I am now well verse in XHTML and CSS, in addition to this I know a little PHP and Javascript.

The main motivation for my designing websites was the fact that I could create a destination to truly voice my voice; and in turn gain feedback, opinion and insight in response to my writings so I could act on it and change my point of view accordingly.

ARTICLES ABOUT THE SITE…

October 14th 2007 [OPTEMPO]

Review: SmallFishBigMoney is a new blog but Fabian has been diligent about posting new content so it’s not barren territory like some new blogs. In addition to his regular posts he has several page articles. While he’s still quite young, these articles reveal that he seems to know a lot about money. Most young men his age can blow $500 in a single night of partying…[SmallFishBigMoney]

Review: I’ve got to say right off the bat that I’m really impressed with Small Fish Big Money. The author Fabien is a really nice guy, and I was pretty surprised to see that he was only 15. The fish theme is really quite genius, and ties together with his image of the small fish in the big sea (of money!). Colour scheme, template, and navigation are all superb. I would not hesitate to say this is one the nicest looking “make money blogs” to date…[SmallFishBigMoney]

Review: Fabien’s statement is very clear and objective about how he aims to help every single one who approaches him to help make money from the blog/site you own. Big words from a young teenage at the age of just 15 years old who lives in Australia is is real fired up to let the crowd know that even at his age, it is possible to make money online…[SmallFishBigMoney]

Interview: Most of my family are currently still there so that’s just another reason for me to go back often, but the country is not doing too well economically and it recently experienced a devaluation in currency, I left there 4 years ago to come to Australia as a result of the economy not looking very promising and as a result of escalating levels of political tension in the country…[SmallFishBigMoney]

October 11th 2008 [DIVITODESIGN]

Interview: I had always been interested in the internet; and the incredible potential I knew it had. Since the age of thirteen or so I had been dabbling in HTML, making sites which used table based layouts, then I discovered CSS and it made my web-designing life a whole lot easier. As I continued to progress over time I developed over six trial sites to really refine my skills as a designer and web developer…[SmallFishBigMoney]
